ORAL ORDER
On the query put by the Court, learned advocate Mr. Jadhav for the applicant has submitted that as per the instructions received from his counterpart with regard to the statements made in the judgment at the page 3 by the Court, most of the evidence was recorded by the Predecessor of the concerned Judge who has passed the order, and the further statement of the accused was recorded and the arguments were heard by the concerned Judge who has passed the impugned order.
