By way of this application, applicant prays for staying

implementation, operation and execution of impugned judgment and award dated 08.11.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Sabarkantha @ Himmatnagar in MACP No.133 of 2019.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate Mr.Shelat, issue Notice returnable on 04.05.2021. Learned advocate Mr. R. K. Mansuri waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

The impugned judgment and award shall be stayed on condition that the Insurance company deposits the entire amount of award with interest and cost before the concerned tribunal before returnable date.
