1. Today learned advocate Mr. Mishra has shared a

communication of the Assistant Security Commissioner for and

on behalf of the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF,

Ahmedabad dated 24.03.2021 which gives the reference of the

Delhi High Court's judgment dated 17.03.2021 passed in WP(C)

No. 3509 of 2021 in case of Subhash Chandra Sharma & Anr.

vs. Union of India & Ors., on the strength of which, a

communication dated 10.03.2021 numbered as SFE 95/3/2 is

kept in abeyance till further order and the seniority position of

the staff has also been restored.

2. In wake of this, present Civil Application which is for the

grant of stay, would not survive as the seniority position of the

applicant has been restored.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Application stands disposed of.

4. Let the main matter be posted for hearing on 22.04.2021.
