RULE. Learned AGP Ms. Asmita Patel, waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent ­authorities

This Civil Application is praying for condonation of 16 days delay occurred in preferring the Civil Application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of original claimant ­ Patel Mahendrabhai Ishvarbhai, who has died on 01.12.2019 i.e. after the impugned judgment and award is passed by the Court.

Considering the explanation offered in the application and considering the length of delay, this application praying for condonation of 16 days delay in preferring the Civil Application for bringing heirs and legal representatives, is allowed and delay is hereby condoned. Rule made absolute.
