Heard learned advocate Mr. Bhavin Thaker on behalf of learned advocate Mr. Maulik Shelat for the applicant­ Appellant and learned advocate Mr. Rathin Raval on behalf of respondent No.4 Insurance Company.

By way of this application, the applicant prays to condone delay of 08 days which has occurred in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 3.10.2019 passed by MACT (Aux.), 4th Additional District Court, Ankleshwar @Bharuch in MACP No. 729/2013.

Considering the submissions made by learned advocate Mr. Thaker and considering the averments made in the application, this Court is of the opinion that delay caused is sufficiently explained and, therefore, the same is condoned. The Application is allowed.
