Learned advocate Mr.Arpit Kapadia for the petitioners submits that the petition is squarely covered by judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court of India reported in (2015) 3 SCC 695 in the case of Joint Collector Ranga Reddy District and another vs. D.Narsing Rao and others. Learned advocate Mr.Kanojiya submits that he will examine the same.
