Heard Mr. Rajesh P. Mankad, learned advocate for the applicant. Learned advocate Mr. Deepak N. Khanchandani appears for the opponent No.1 and learned advocate Mr. Chaitanya S. Joshi appears for the opponent No.2.

We notice that the challenge has been made to the order of Letters Patent Appeal by way of SLP (Diary Case) No. 4608 of 2021 where there are some office objections, which, according to them, the advocate on record shall remove within a week and the matter is likely to come up for hearing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court where they also have made request for stay of the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and order.

In view of the same, the matters are adjourned to 22nd April, 2021. If no order is received by then, learned advocate for the petitioner will be at liberty to make a request for hearing of these matters.
