By way of this application, the applicant seeks stay of

C/FA/1533/2020 ORDER

impugned judgment and award passed by the learned MACT

(Aux.), Dahod dated 15.10.2019 in MACP No.301/2006.

Considering the same, issue notice returnable on

28.04.2021.

The impugned judgment and award shall remain stayed

on condition that the applicant deposits the entire awarded

amount along with interest and cost with the Tribunal by the

next returnable date.
