ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Paresh Darji on behalf of the
applicant. Though served, nobody appears for respondents
No. 1 and 2. Learned advocate Ms. Dimple Thaker appears for
respondent No.3 - insurance company.
2. By way of this application, applicant prays for condoning
delay of 61 days occurred in challenging judgment and award
dated 29.08.2019 by the MACT (Auxi.), Surat in MACP
No.316/2009.
3. Considering the submissions made by learned advocate
C/CA/3043/2020 ORDER
Mr. Darji and considering the averments made in this
application, this court is of the view that reasonable cause has
been made out for condoning the delay. Hence the delay of 61
days occurred in challenging judgment and award dated
29.08.2019 by the MACT (Auxi.), Surat in MACP No.316/2009 is
hereby condoned. Civil application stands allowed.
