Heard Mr.Tushar Chaudhary, learned advocate for the respondent­original claimant.

This Civil Application is filed praying for stay of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. However, he has submitted that amount as ordered by the Reference Court has already been deposited by the applicants and 50% of the compensation deposited, has already been withdrawn by the claimants. Remaining amount be invested in any nationalized bank as cumulative Fixed Deposit initially for a period of 5 years and thereafter, it is to be renewed from time to time till the final disposal of the main appeal. No one shall be permitted any withdrawal or any advance over the said Fixed

Deposit receipt. Original receipt shall be kept in the custody of the Nazir of the Court.

In view thereof, this Civil Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute.
