1. Heard learned Advocate Mr. Monal S. Chaglani for the applicants and learned Advocate Mr. Maulik J. Shelta for the opponent No.3.

2. Learned Advocate Mr. Chaglani submits that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been served and whereas direct service affidavit has been filed by him on 09.03.2021. He further submits that the main contesting party herein would be respondent No.3.

3. By way of this application the applicants have prayed for condoning the delay of 47 days in filing the captioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 05.10.2019 passed by the learned M.A.C. Tribunal (Main), Junagadh in M.A.C.P. No. 38 of 2018.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate Mr. Chaglani for the applicants and averments made in the application, the delay of 47 days caused in filing the captioned First Appeal against the judgment and
