                                ORAL ORDER

Considering the fact that the petitioner has shown willingness to deposit the cheque amount of the compensation amount as ordered by the learned Appeal Court and moreover when the petitioner is inflicted a short sentence of one year, present revision application deserves consideration. Hence, Notice returnable on 01/04/2021. Meanwhile, the impugned judgment and order of sentence rendered by the learned trial Court which has been confirmed by the learned Appeal Court is suspended till the returnable date and the petitioner is ordered to be continued on bail on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by the learned Appeal Court; but subject to furnishing fresh bail bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2.00 Lakh with the learned Appeal Court before the returnable date.

Direct Service is permitted.
