                               ORAL ORDER

Mr. S.M.Kikani, learned advocate for petitioner, referring to

the sequence of the proceedings before the lower Court and

drawing the attention of the Court towards the prayer made in

the Criminal Revision Application No.110 of 2018 and the

impugned order of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Jamnagar

on 8.5.2019 and relying on the judgment of Sonu Gupta v. Dipak

Gupta, reported in (2015) 4 SCC 424, stated that the 6 th

Additional Sessions Judge, Jamnagar and Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Jamnagar in his Order dated 19.7.2018, has not

considered the complaint in its right perspective though prima-

facie case has been shown against the present Respondent Nos.

2 to 5, the Order of process of summons has not been issued.
