The impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Bardoli shall remain stayed from its operation on the condition that the appellant - Insurance Company shall deposit the entire amount of Rs.15,45,746/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Six Only) with running interest at 9% per annum and proportionate costs with the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
