Heard learned advocate Ms. Kirti Pathak for the applicant insurance company.

In this civil application for stay, as per order dated 5.1.2021 passed by the court, Rule was issued and the stay was granted against the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal on condition that the applicant appellant deposits the entire awarded amount.

When this application comes up today for consideration, learned advocate for the applicant stated that the said condition is complied with and the amount as awarded by the Tribunal has been deposited before the Tribunal concerned. In that view, the stay granted as per order dated 5.1.2021 is confirmed on the same terms. The civil application stands allowed. Rule is made absolute.
