1. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 116 days in preferring the application for leave to appeal questioning and challenging the judgment and order delivered on 24.07.2019 by the learned Special Judge (Atrocity), Vadodara in Sessions Case No.178 of 2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506(2) and 114 of the Indian Penal code and Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act.

2. Let Rule be issued to the respondents, returnable on 18.08.2021.

3. Over and above the regular mode of service, direct service through e-mode is also permitted.
