                              ORAL ORDER

1. This is a petition for parole leave by the convict through Jail

who is convicted by the District Court, Bharuch for the offence

punishable under Sections-302, 304, 427, 147, 148, 149, 395 of

IPC and is ordered to undergo life imprisonment in Sessions Case

No.44 of 1995 by judgment and order dated 27-01-1997.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that petitioner

seeking parole leave on the ground of for agricultural purpose.

3. Learned APP submitted that from the jail report, it appears

that lastly, the petitioner was released in the month of March, 2020

on parole leave, he has reported in time.

4. In that view of the matter and and looking to the prevailing

R/SCR.A/7455/2020 ORDER

situation of COVID-19 Virus, the petition is partly allowed. The

petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on parole leave for a period of

Two weeks from the date of his actual release on usual terms and

conditions, including furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- to the

satisfaction of the jail authority. The petitioner shall surrender

before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the parole leave.

Rule is made absolute.

Direct service is permitted.
