1. When the matters are called out, learned counsel Shri Deepak Khanchandani for opposite party No.1 is present along with In- charge Chief Officer Mr. J.L. Dave.

2. Shri Khanchandani prays for and is granted four weeks' time to ensure full compliance of the judgment of the Writ Court and also to file affidavit contesting the claim of pension. Shri Khanchandani has further submitted that 90% of compliance has since been made, only 10% remains with regard to gratuity amount and pension aspect.

3. Personal appearance of opposite party No.1 is continued for next date. However, after considering the further affidavit that may be filed by next date, the question of further appearance would be considered.
