                                  ORAL ORDER

Mr. Nisarg D. Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant informs this Court that the trial is in progress and so far 16 prosecution­witnesses have been examined. He makes a request that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as the applicant is in custody since 24.10.2017.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to make all possible endeavours to see that the trial Court is completed with judgment on or before 31.12.2021.
