Present application has been filed to stay the sentence imposed upon the applicant vide judgment and order dated 31.12.2020 passed by the learned Municipal Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajkot in Criminal Case No.15/2015 pending disposal of Criminal Appeal No.226/2021.

Having heard learned advocates appearing for respective parties and considering the averments made in the application in support of the prayer so made, we are inclined to allow the present application.

Present application is, accordingly, allowed. Pending the final disposal of Criminal Appeal No.226/2021, sentence imposed upon the applicant vide judgment and order dated 31.12.2020 passed by the learned Municipal Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajkot in Criminal Case No.15/2015 is hereby suspended. Present application is disposed of accordingly.
