Rule was issued on 06th August, 2019 in the present Civil Application. Stay against implementation, operation and execution against the judgment and award was granted on condition of depositing the entire amount of compensation by the applicant-insurance company within stipulated time.

2. Today, when Civil Application came up for consideration, it was stated before the Court that amount as directed was deposited.

3. In that view, stay granted on 06th August, 2019 stands confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

4. Civil Application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute.

5. It is clarified that the claimants are not precluded from moving an application before this Court for disbursement of part of the deposited amount, to be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
