ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL:-

Heard learned advocate Mr.Sunil Parikh for the appellant. Admit.

ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION :-

Rule returnable on 7th April, 2021.

The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Special Judge, CBI Court No.7 and Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi.), Ahmedabad dated 21.01.2020 in MACP No.258 of 2016 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the returnable date.
