provide the necessary brief notes with respect to

each of the three petitions after serving a copy of

the same to the learned counsel for the writ

petitioners along with the judgments on which the

State wishes to rely upon. Shri Sanjanwala, learned

Senior Counsel appearing for the writ petitioners may

also exchange his brief notes along with the

judgments on which he wishes to rely upon with the

State within the same time.
