Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of the Court to withdraw this petition on the ground that the respondent has challenged the judgment and award which is alleged to have been violated by filing Special Civil Application No. 19098 of 2018. Hence, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event of the respondent not being successful in Special Civil Application No. 19098 of 2018, this contempt proceedings stand dismissed as withdrawn.
