Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

Learned counsel Mr. P. Khataniar appears on behalf of Mr. S. Borthakur, learned counsel for the petitioner. Heard.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the recent office note dated 18.03.2026 reveals that notice was issued to the respondent No. 4 by way of speed post mode on 17.02.2026.

But so far, neither the A/D card nor any un-served notice has been received in respect of the notice mentioned above.

Despite the above, it appears that the postal track consignment report regarding the above mentioned notice has been procured and the same has been annexed with the case record at Flag-'Q1' in the Part-III file.

Now, a perusal of the said postal tracking report reveals that the notice issued upon the respondent No. 4 has been delivered on 23.02.2026.

In view of the observations made above, it may be said that service of notice upon the respondent No. 4 has been completed.

Accordingly, the matter may be placed before the Hon'ble Court.
