Heard Mr. S.K. Ghosh, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. This interlocutory application was filed on 22.06.2022 under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 23 days beyond the period of limitation in filing an application under Order XXII Rule 4 CPC for substitution of the legal representatives of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, who had died on 14.07.2021.

3. Issue notice returnable on 22.04.2026.

4. The applicants shall take steps within 2 (two) working days for service of notice on the respondents by speed post with A/D.

5. The learned counsel for the applicant is at liberty to collect the postal receipt number from the Registry and submit postal track report prior to the next date of listing.
