Heard Ms. M. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. K. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1.

2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for staying the Judgment and Award dated 14.10.2016, passed by the learned Additional District Judge No. 3 (FTC), Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, in M.A.C. Case No. 1091/2011.

3. Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1 submits that he has not been furnished with a copy of this interlocutory application.

4. Ms. Choudhury, learned counsel for the applicant submits that she will furnish the same to Mr. Bhattacharjee during the course of the day.

5. The prayer of the applicant will be considered on receipt of the record from the learned Tribunal.
