2. In course of hearing, it has become necessary to ascertain as to why the trial of the case has not proceeded despite submission Page No.# 2/2

of the second supplementary charge-sheet on 01.02.2025.

3. Although scanned copy of T.C.R was called for vide order dated 09.01.2026, the same has not been received.

4. Registry to issue reminder to the Ld. Add. C.B.I Court No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati to transmit the scanned copy of the T.C.R without fail by the next date.
