The matter has been heard in its entirety. However, on one aspect, Mr. B. Gogoi, the learned Additional Advocate General submits that he would like to obtain instructions. The aspect pertains to whether the security bond is required to be submitted along with the application or after the consideration of the application when the question of release of the grant arises, more so, taking into account Clauses 8.1 and 9 of the Guidelines for Implementation of the Scheme of Technology Upgradation/Establishment/Modernization of Food Processing Page No.# 3/3

Industries under the remainder of the 12th Plan (2013-17) under NMFP.
