The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. K.K Parasar, learned CGC has placed the instruction which reflects that the Board of Officers has been detailed by the ADG (Medical) CAPF to recommend re-fixation of seniority in respect of Medical Officers including the petitioner. The proceeding of said BOOs is in progress.

Though, this Court is not impressed by the reference in the aforesaid instruction regarding approval of the competent authority as a ground to allow further time for filing of the affidavit, since the Board of Officers is looking into the issue raised by the petitioner herein, list this matter again on 06.03.2026 by which time, the respondents would ensure of filing their affidavit.
