Heard Mr. D. Das, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. K. Mohammed, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of termination passed by the authorities as also the order passed by the Disciplinary Authority.

Issue Notice, Returnable within four weeks. Ms. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

Since Ms. S. Baruah, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, therefore notices are waived.
