Heard Mr. U Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. PK Munir, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.
2. Mr. U Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the nature of the punishment given by the learned Trial Court and the conclusion drawn thereon by the learned Appellate Court, he desires not to press this Page No.# 3/3
matter any further. He undertakes to deposit the fine amount, as imposed by the learned Trial Court within a period of 30 (thirty) days from today.
3. Accordingly, in view of the submission made by Mr. U Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court upholds the conviction and sentence of the accused persons, as made by the learned Trial Court, vide the judgment and order dated 30.07.2010 in C.R. 28/2001.
4. The petitioners to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, North Salmara, Abhayapuri within a period of 30 (thirty) days from today and deposit the fine amount, as directed.
5. In view of the above, the present revision petition stands dismissed.
6. Send down the records to the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, North Salmara, Abhayapuri along with a copy of this order for information and necessary action.
