Date : 23.10.2025 This interlocutory application has been filed seeking correction of the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025 passed in Crl.Pet. 332/2025.

It is pointed out that at para Nos. 8 & 11 of the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025, the date of the impugned Order has been mentioned as 02.01.2025 instead of 25.02.2025.

Further, in the cause title of the said judgment and order dated 26.09.2025, the name of the Standing Counsel, CBI has been mentioned as Ms. M. Kumar instead of Ms. M. Kumari, Standing Counsel, CBI.

Accordingly, at para Nos. 8 & 11 of the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025, the date of the impugned order, appearing as 02.01.2025, is corrected as 25.02.2025. Further, the name of the Standing Counsel, CBI, appearing as Ms. M. Kumar is corrected as Ms. M. Kumari, Standing Counsel, CBI.

This order shall be read as a part of the judgment and order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.Pet. 332/2025.
