2. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, is preferred by the applicant for condonation of delay of 12 days in preferring the connected appeal, against the Judgment and Order dated 30.08.2024, passed by the learned Member, Railway Claims Tribunal, Guwahati Bench.
