Heard Mr. J. Mollah, learned counsel for the applicants.

2. This application, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, is preferred by the Page No.# 2/2

applicants for condoning the delay of 12 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 27.09.2024, passed by the learned Railway Claim Tribunal, Guwahati Bench.

3. Let notice be issued to the respondent/opposite party, within a week from today, returnable in 2 weeks, by registered post with A/D and also by usual process. Dasti mode is also permitted.

4. List the matter after 2 weeks.
