05.06.2025 Heard learned counsel, Mr K A Mazumdar, for the petitioner-X, who has filed this

application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, as the petitioners are aggrieved by the

Judgment and Order dated 07.03.2025, in CA No. 90/2023 and also the Order dated

30.11.2023, passed in connection with (Misc.) DV Case No. 02/2019, registered under

Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, by the

learned Additional CJM, Cachar at Silchar.
