application have already been disposed of vide the judgment and order dated 11.02.2025 by the Court of the learned Additional District Judge (FTC), Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. A copy of the said judgment and order has been placed before this Court, which is kept on record and marked with the letter "X".

2. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains in the instant proceedings for which the instant proceedings stands closed.
