This is an appeal preferred from Jail against the judgment and order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the Sessions Judge, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur in Sessions Case No. 110 (NL)/2017. Sentenced on 14.03.2024 to undergo R.I. for 14 years and fine of Rs.10,000/- only i.d., S.I for 4 months u/s 370(1)(5) IPC Page No.# 2/2

and further sentenced to undergo RI for 2 years and fine of Rs.1,000/- only i.d., to undergo S.I for 15 days u/s 387/511 IPC.
