Heard Mr. T. Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application under Section XLI, Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure (1908) praying for stay of operation of the impugned judgment & order dated 29.10.2024 passed by the learned Member, MACT No.2, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in MAC Case No.92/2018.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the MACApp. No.36/2025 is admitted and there is every likelihood of setting aside the impugned judgment & order, the operation of the impugned judgment & order may be stayed till the next date of listing.
