This is an appeal filed under Section 374(2) of the Cr.PC against the judgment dated 04.12.2024 and order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Charaideo, Sonari in Sessions (CHA) Case No. 18/2019 convicting the accused Page No.# 2/2

appellant under Section 302 of the IPC and sentencing him to suffer RI for life and also to pay a fine of Rs. 10,000/- in default to undergo SI for 3 months.
