Heard Mr. A. Mena appearing on behalf of his senior Mr. U. Chaudhury, learned counsel for the appellant.

The instant appeal filed under Section 28 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is against the Judgment & Decree dated 07.11.2022 passed by the Court of District Judge, Dibrugarh in Title Suit (Divorce) No. 79/2019, wherein the appellant was asked to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the respondents as permanent alimony. The appellant is aggrieved with the said Judgment & Decree since he is not having the said amount as he is just a Laborer.
