1. Heard Mr. S. Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Mazumdar, the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms. D. D. Barman, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. M. Nath, the learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A. Bhattacharya, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.

2. This application under Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed by the petitioner, praying for review of the judgment and order dated 01.11.2025 passed by this court in L. A. Appeal No. 02/2019.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General have submitted that the State of Assam have also filed a Review Application, which is yet to be listed and prays that as both the matters relates to the same judgment they may be taken up together.

4. Let this matter be listed on 06.02.2026 along with Review Application field by the State of Assam.
