1. Heard Mr. A Deb, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This appeal u/s 23 of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 has been filed by the appellant M/s Century Mercantile Pvt. Ltd.

impugning the judgment and order dated 20.08.2025 passed in connection with Original Application No. OA (III)/GHY/63/2019 whereby the claims of the present appellant was dismissed.

3. Issue notice to the respondent.

4. Since the Ld. DY.S.G.I has already been served with the memo of the appeal, no formal notice needs to be issued to the respondents.

5. This appeal is admitted.
