                                     ORDER

Date : 12.12.2025 Heard Mr. S. K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. C. K. S. Baruah, learned CGC appearing on behalf of all the respondents.

The challenge made in the writ petition by impugned order dated 21 st of July, 2025 Annexure-A, whereby the petitioner's earlier discharge order was substituted by the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier discharge order stood interfered with by the Judgment and Order of the Division Bench rendered in WA No.59/2023 vide Judgment and Order dated 20.06.2025. Similar writ petitions are pending in the matter, the matter also required hearing.

Issue notice returnable in 4 weeks.

Since Mr. C. K. S. Baruah, learned CGC appears on behalf of all the respondents, notices are waived. However extra copies be furnished on the respondents within a period of 1 (one) week from today.

Till next returnable date, the impugned order dated 21.07.2025 shall not be given effect to.

List this matter again on 02.02.2026.
