Heard the learned counsel Mr. NN Jha appearing for the applicant.

Since the connected Regular Second Appeal has been admitted for hearing, the judgment and decree dated 18.06.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) No.1, Kamrup(M), at Guwahati in Title Appeal No.46/2017 affirming the judgment and decree dated 05.06.2017 passed by the learned Munsiff No.2, Kamrup(M) at Guwahati in Title Suit No.68/2017 shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected appeal.

With the above direction, the present Interlocutory Application (Civil) is disposed of.
