Date : 19.08.2025 Heard Ms. R. D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the applicant.

This application has been filed by the applicant seeking stay of judgment, award and order dated 25.07.2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagaon, In M.A.C. Case No. 105/2022.

Since the connected appeal has already been admitted, the operation of the Page No.# 3/3

judgment, award and order dated 25.07.2024, passed in M.A.C. Case No. 105/2022, shall remain stayed. Subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposited 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within a period of 6 (six) weeks from today.
