1. Ms. A Biyani, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant is present.
2. Mr. D Mondol, learned counsel has entered appearance for respondents 1, 2 & 3.
3. This application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 praying for condonation of delay of 29(twenty-nine) days in preferring the connected appeal against the impugned judgment and order dated 19.03.2025 passed in MAC Case No. 2155/2017 by the Ld. Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, No. 3, Kamrup (M), Guwahati.
4. Ms. A Biyani, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant has referred to paragraph Nos. 4 to 9 of the application where the cause for delay is shown.
5. Mr. D Mondol, learned counsel who has entered appearance for respondents 1, 2 & 3 has not objected to the condonation application and submits that the matter may be heard on merits.
6. Accordingly, the delay of 29(twenty-nine) days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned.
7. In terms of the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
8. In view of the disposal of the present application, the main appeal may be registered and the same may be listed after 3(three) weeks.
9. The name of Mr. D Mondol, learned counsel may be reflected in the cause list as learned counsel for respondent No. 1, 2 & 3.
