This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 6 days in filing the accompanying appeal against the judgment and decree dated 03.04.2023 passed in Money Appeal No.1/2019.

2. This Court has taken note of that inspite of notice been served upon the respondents, none has appeared, when the matter was taken up.

3. This Court taking into account the cause shown in the instant application Page No.# 3/3

considers it to be sufficient to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the accompanying appeal.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 6 days stands condoned.

5. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.

6. Registry shall register the accompanying appeal and list the appeal in the column under Order XLI Rule 11 of the CPC, on a date to be fixed by the Registry.
