Mr. C. Baruah, learned counsel for the AG, Assam has submitted that some

confusion was created on account of the letter dated 16.04.2014 issued by the

Director of Agriculture, Assam and in relation to that a clarification is sought

from the said office by the office of the AG, Assam.

Having taken into consideration the nature of directions given by the learned Page No.# 3/3

Single Judge in the impugned judgment, we deem it appropriate to direct the

office of the Accountant General, Assam to verify the claim of the rival parties

and thereafter, to decide the claim of the respondents as well as the appellant

and their family members as per the direction given by the learned Single

Judge within a period of two weeks from today and place the same before this

Court.

List after two weeks.
