Heard Ms. F. N. Zaman, learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application under section 152 of the code of Civil Procedure for Page No.# 3/3

correction of the typo graphical mistake arises in the judgment and order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in MAC App. No. 357/2021.

It is submitted that the typo graphical errors appears at Paragraph 7, 8 & 9 of the said judgment, wherein instead of 11.03.2022, it has been wrongly typed out as 11.03.2024 and prays for correction of the same.

The prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the date i.e. 11.03.2024 occurring in Paragraph 7, 8 & 9 of the said judgment stands corrected and shall be read as 11.03.2022.

With the above correction on the date, the I.A. stands disposed off.
